Performance Marketing Manager

Driven and analytical Performance Marketing Manager with 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. Skilled in optimizing campaign performance, improving ROI, and driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation across channels.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Perform A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management or clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
• Assist in scaling campaigns and exploring new paid growth channels (YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Meta ads,Google ads: 1 year (Required)
