About the Role

Performance Marketing Manager

This role blends creativity with performance — ideal for someone who understands how to market experiences online with a strong ROI focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms like

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and programmatic channels

  • Run high-converting campaigns for

    room bookings, table reservations, events, retreats

    , and seasonal packages
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates based on property-specific goals
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop performance-driven creatives
  • Track and report campaign performance, attribution, and customer acquisition trends
  • Own retargeting strategy to drive repeat visits and upsells (spa, dining, upgrades, etc.)
  • Partner with OTAs, aggregators, and affiliate platforms for extended reach
  • Ensure ad messaging, creatives, and landing pages reflect brand tone and offerings
  • Work closely with the CRM team to nurture leads and boost LTV

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven success in hospitality, F&B, D2C, or luxury experience-driven verticals
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys for travel, dining, and stays
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance dashboards
  • Strong grip on analytics tools – Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, Looker, etc.
  • Experience with CRM tools, tracking setups (UTMs, GTM), and retargeting platforms
  • Creative eye for hospitality content and ability to optimize visual performance

Good to Have

  • Experience marketing luxury or boutique hotels, premium restaurants, or experiential resorts
  • Knowledge of OTA performance, aggregator marketing, or influencer performance campaigns
  • Understanding of seasonality, peak-time optimization, and high-ticket customer acquisition
