Role Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze performance data to drive A/B testing, budget allocation, and audience targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Develop and manage media plans, forecasts, and performance reports with clear KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• Continuously monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize campaign strategies.
• Utilize tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards to track results and uncover insights.
• Manage multiple client or brand campaigns simultaneously within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure campaigns meet compliance and brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Coordinate with sales, content, and design teams for seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in paid social media advertising and media buying.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, scaling campaigns, and reducing CPA.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in eCommerce, D2C, B2B or performance marketing agencies is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Topsia, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• PPC Campaign Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Google Ads: 2 years (Required)
• Facebook Advertising: 2 years (Required)
• Analysis skills: 2 years (Required)
