About the Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s data-obsessed, ROI-driven, and understands that every ₹ spent must bring measurable sales — not just traffic. You’ll lead our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Blinkit , and drive scale with speed, structure, and profitability. Responsibilities Run and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads , and Blinkit Track & optimize NC-ROAS , CPA , AOV , CTR , and CLTV Set up retargeting, UGC-based funnels, and pixel/GA4 tracking Launch 3–5 new creatives per week with structured A/B testing Build weekly dashboards and insights for decision-making Collaborate with content, influencer & product teams to align campaigns Reduce CAC while increasing first-time purchases and repeat rates Key Metrics You’ll Own NC-ROAS ≥ 2.5X CPA ≤ ₹100–150 CTR ≥ 1.5% (Meta), 3% (Google) CVR ≥ 2–4% Creative Testing: 3+/week Weekly revenue attribution from ad campaigns Required Skills Meta Ads (FB/Instagram) Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) UTM Tracking & GA4 Performance Marketing for E-commerce / D2C Google Tag Manager Conversion Rate Optimization Data Analysis & Budget Management Campaign Strategy & Execution Shopify Analytics You're a Fit If You: Have 2–4 years in D2C Performance Marketing Understand COGS, LTV, NC-CPA , not just ad impressions Have handled ₹1–5L+ monthly budgets Move fast, test smart, and scale winning campaigns Can troubleshoot under pressure and act on data immediately Bonus Points For: Ayurveda / Health / Beauty brand experience Familiarity with Blinkit Ads / Amazon Ads / Retargeting Flows To Apply: Send: Your resume 2–3 ad screenshots showing results (ROAS, CTR, CPA) Short answers to: “What’s your process for launching a new product campaign from scratch?” “How do you improve ROAS while keeping CPA under control?” Let’s build a wellness brand that actually sells — profitably, not hopefully.
