Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing

with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Bing Ads (mandatory)

along with

Google Ads and Meta Ads

, and a deep understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Bing Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Take complete ownership of

    Bing Ads campaigns

    (mandatory expertise).
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics including

    CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.

  • Implement and manage

    attribution models and conversion tracking strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in

    Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

  • Mandatory:

    Proven experience in executing and scaling

    Bing Ads.

  • Strong working knowledge of

    Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Hands-on experience with

    conversion tracking, attribution models, CTR & ROAS optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
