Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, AdRoll, RTB, and programmatic advertising. - Utilize your deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to drive measurable results. - Manage budget effectively and implement bidding strategies for high-volume campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the digital marketing industry to implement innovative strategies. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns. - Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, AdRoll, RTB, and programmatic advertising. - Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. - Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights to stakeholders. - Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
