What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn & affiliate channels.
• Optimize CAC, CPL, ROI & ROAS while driving qualified leads, app installs, and enrolments.
• Build and optimize learner acquisition funnels through A/B testing, retargeting & automation.
• Lead and mentor a performance marketing team, collaborating closely with Product, Brand & Business teams.
• Stay ahead of trends in EdTech marketing and explore new channels for scale.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing (preferably EdTech).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale digital campaigns and media budgets.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics (GA4, Appsflyer, Data Studio, etc.).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business; MBA or advanced digital marketing certification preferred.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: 4–8 years
