Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across

  Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (FB/IG), and Amazon Advertising

  .
• Plan and execute

  D2C performance campaigns

  , including dynamic product ads, catalog sales, add-to-cart recovery, and WhatsApp ads.
• Set up and manage

  end-to-end conversion tracking

  using GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and platform-specific tracking.
• Predict and forecast

  ROAS, CPA, and revenue outcomes

  for brands.
• Run

  cross-platform targeting, remarketing

  , and funnel-based campaign strategies.
• Create campaign structures tailored to each industry and brand objective.
  
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan

  high-performing ad creatives, videos, and messaging

  .
• Analyze data, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest scaling strategies.
  
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong ownership and accountability.
  

Required Skills

• 35 years of experience in

  Performance Marketing

  with focus on D2C.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads

  .
• Proven ability to deliver high ROAS and reduce CAC across platforms.
  
• Excellent knowledge of

  GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio

  ,

  Event Match Quality

  and attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills, audience mapping, and funnel planning ability.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification.
  
• Experience in WhatsApp Ads, catalog campaigns & automation.
  
• Prior agency experience managing multi-industry campaigns (strong advantage).
