We're expanding and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who can confidently generate leads, pitch digital solutions, and close high-value deals. Role Overview This is an in-office role focused solely on selling digital marketing services . You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting value-driven marketing solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads via outbound channels, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking. Engage with decision-makers to understand their marketing needs and propose appropriate solutions. Present and pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Branding. Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover post-closure. Maintain detailed sales activity reports and achieve defined monthly targets. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing agency sales. Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media campaigns, and brand marketing. Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure. Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms. Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
