Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

This isnt a slow-moving corporate role. Its a builders seat in a lean, high-trust, fast-scaling team inside a category-defining company!

Preferred candidate profile

If youre someone who:

Has 5-7 years of experience running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon ads and other platforms

Obsessively tracks key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTVyou know the drill) and knows how to move the needle

Thinks like a founder, acts fast, and takes full ownership

Loves working with cross-functional teams, but doesnt wait for instructions

Has high agency, makes sharp decisions, and loves to learn new things

We want someone who has a creative flair as well which means designing and coming up with new creativ ideas and then executing on them. Knowledge of the Adobe suite would be required.

Youll work directly with me and the leadership team, own meaningful budgets, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth playbook.

Think of it as your startup within a listed company and its already scaling.
