Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Execution
  • Assist in end-to-end campaign creation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of targeting parameters, tracking codes, and conversion pixels.
  • Support in uploading creatives, writing basic ad copy, and scheduling campaigns.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track campaign performance daily to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Suggest improvements in targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor quality scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience.
  • Learn to implement negative keywords and refine ad groups for efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze campaign data from different platforms.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Learn to use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Research & Strategy Support
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking for ongoing and new campaigns.
  • Explore emerging platforms, audiences, and formats to expand reach.
  • Support audience profiling and persona creation for targeted marketing.
  • Testing & Experimentation
  • Assist in planning and running A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Track results, analyze statistical significance, and suggest rollouts.
  • Experiment with different bidding strategies and campaign objectives under supervision.
  • Process & Documentation
  • Maintain documentation of campaign setups, test learnings, and optimization strategies for future reference.
  • Help create checklists, SOPs, and guides for smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Learning & Upskilling
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing discussions.
  • Explore certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and Analytics as part of learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
