Job Description

Hello December is a design-first homeware and styling brand from India, building the most culture-inspired products and services for homes. Our goal: scale into a ?100 Cr+ styling-led retail business with both B2C e-commerce and B2B partnerships.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of digital ad execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms to drive both online sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Run and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn.

Build and manage ad sets: audience targeting, creative testing, keyword research, bid optimization.

Execute retargeting campaigns for abandoned carts, site visitors, and high-intent leads.

Optimization

Daily monitoring of campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC.

Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

Optimize for both e-commerce conversions (sales) and B2B lead funnels (architects, real estate, hospitality).

Analytics & Reporting

Maintain weekly performance dashboards.

Track and report on ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Share actionable insights with marketing and leadership teams.

Collaboration

Work closely with creative & content teams to ensure ad copy and visuals align with Hello Decembers premium aesthetic.

Coordinate with website/e-commerce team to improve conversion journeys (landing pages, checkout flows).

Partner with sales and B2B teams to feed qualified leads into pipeline.

ROAS ? 3 across core e-commerce campaigns.

2030% of total monthly sales driven through performance marketing.

CAC maintained within target while increasing AOV.

Growth in qualified B2B leads (monthly pipeline expansion).

Who You Are

24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands, lifestyle, or e-commerce.

Skilled with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify/website analytics.

Comfortable with performance dashboards (Google Data Studio, Excel, or similar).

Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and take quick action.

Eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial setup.
