Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Performance Marketing Expert. The Performance Marketing Expert will develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive user acquisition and brand growth. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital ad strategies, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending improvements. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with broader branding and engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media marketing tools
• Expertise in campaign management, performance optimization, and A/B testing strategies
• Strong analytical skills for performance analysis, data-driven decision making, and reporting
• Proficiency in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in industries related to astrology, wellness, or technology is an added advantage
