Job Description

Job Title:

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Search, Social, Display)
Manage paid media budgets, optimize
ROAS
and
CAC
Grow organic traffic via SEO, content marketing, social media
Oversee retention & reactivation: email, push, SMS, loyalty programs
Analyze data & metrics, iterate to improve conversion funnel
Collaborate with design, product & ops to ensure messaging aligns with brand & customer needs

Qualifications:

3-6 years
experience in performance marketing, preferably in
food, wellness, or F&B brands
Strong track record of scaling customer acquisition and reducing acquisition cost
Proficient with analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
Good understanding of SEO and content driven growth
Data-driven mindset, ability to test, learn & optimize
Self-motivated; works well in fast-paced/ambiguous environments
