Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and drive growth through data-driven advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to maximize campaign ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve results.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and messaging.
Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals.
Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices for Meta and Google ads.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in paid media strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience (1–3 years) running and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 and other performance tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
