We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving ROI-focused marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels.

•Manage budget allocation, track spending, and ensure optimal ROI and CPA targets.

•Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing to improve campaign efficiency.

•Monitor daily performance and generate detailed reports and dashboards.

•Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency.

•Work closely with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.

•Conduct A/B testing to identify winning ad strategies.

•Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and new advertising tools.

•Support in retargeting, lead generation, and funnel optimization strategies.

•Track and analyze user behavior, website traffic, and conversion data through Google Analytics and other tools.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•1 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.

•Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

•Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
