Location: Mumbai – VikhroliDepartment: MarketingType: Full-timeAt Wildship Enterprises—the parent company of Svastika, a brand known for blending aesthetics with cultural and spiritual essence—we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads with a strong background in e-commerce marketing.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to drive sales and revenue through data-driven advertising, can optimize campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, and has hands-on experience in scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce brands.Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage e-commerce ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Focus on driving sales, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Continuously monitor performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate) and optimize for better results.
Implement data-driven decisions to scale winning campaigns and pause underperformers.
Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored for e-commerce audiences.
-  A/B Testing & Experimentation:
 
Conduct A/B tests for audiences, creatives, copy, and ad formats to identify what performs best for different product categories.
-  Budget & Bidding Management:
 
Manage and optimize ad spends efficiently across platforms to ensure maximum ROI within assigned budgets.
Utilize custom audiences, lookalike segments, and keyword strategies to reach new customers and re-engage existing ones.
Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations across Meta and Google Ads.
Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Skills
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads).Track Record: Proven success in driving online sales, optimizing ROAS, and scaling paid campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands.Tools Expertise: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Pixel/conversion tracking setup.Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make strategic adjustments.Creativity: Skilled at collaborating on high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with changing trends and new opportunities.Why Join Us?At Wildship Enterprises, we’re not just about performance—we’re about purpose.
