Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive, located at our headquarters in Kochi. The role involves creating and executing effective performance marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing efforts for better ROI. Additionally, the role includes collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to design and execute data-driven strategies
• Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and engagement
• Proficiency in digital platforms and analytics tools for performance tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Kochi
• Adaptability to fast-paced business requirements and evolving travel industry trends
