Job Summary

SpiderWorks Technologies is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute strategies to improve leads, conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audiences.
• Create performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with platform trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
