As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Intern who’s passionate about content, creativity, and storytelling - someone who understands trends, thinks visually, and can help shape how brands show up in the digital world. Role Summary: As a Social Media Intern at UnClltr, you’ll assist the team in brainstorming, creating, and executing social media strategies for multiple brands. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and ads teams to ensure every post, story, and campaign aligns with brand goals and audience insights. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to how a creative agency builds and manages online presence for brands - from idea to impact. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Content & Strategy Support Assist in ideating and scheduling posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Research current trends, hashtags, and formats to make content more engaging. Draft captions and post copy aligned with brand tone and goals. ✅ Community & Engagement Monitor brand pages for comments, DMs, and audience interactions. Support in community building and engagement activities. Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth. ✅ Creative Coordination Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing. Help with brainstorming campaign ideas and influencer collaborations. ✅ Reporting & Insights Assist in preparing weekly performance reports. Analyze what’s working and suggest ideas for improvement. Document and present learnings from campaign outcomes. Key Skills & Competencies: ✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Creative thinker with attention to detail and visual sense. ✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Notion is a plus. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field. Passion for storytelling, branding, and digital creativity.
