Performance Marketing Executive

Job Position : Executive - SEM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPL, ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Develop audience targeting strategies using interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementations.
• Expertise in bid management, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing campaigns.
