We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of digital growth, lead campaigns, and drive measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Set up and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics
• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, AiSensy, or Watee
• Build, test, and optimize landing pages for conversions (optional but preferred)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating data-driven insights and reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals align with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and remarketing strategies
• Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization
• Working knowledge of email marketing tools and marketing automation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan, manage, and optimize campaigns independently

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred)
