About Us:

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping brands build a strong online presence through impactful storytelling, creative design, and data-driven strategy. Our team works across social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and content creation — and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories.

This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on campaign execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop and manage PPC, display, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).
  • Analyze performance data and prepare actionable reports for internal and client review.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.
  • Manage campaign budgets, and ensure efficient utilization for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, ad policies, and platform algorithm updates.
  • Support senior marketers in client communication and strategy presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • We are looking for someone who has previously run the ads of business coaches, consultancy professionals and webinars.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing, audience behavior, and ad attribution.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Good to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Experience in LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Programmatic Platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and CRO fundamentals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
