Arihant Global is an ISO-certified digital marketing agency delivering results through data-driven performance marketing. We are expanding our ads team and looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple brands.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate must be analytical, ROI-focused, and experienced in lead generation and e-commerce ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Create and manage lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns
• Setup targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, and optimize ads daily
• Prepare ad copies, coordinate creatives with the content/graphics team

Google Ads

• Create and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
• Keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies
• Optimize CPC, quality score, conversions, and landing page relevance
• Track ROAS for e-commerce campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

• Daily/weekly campaign performance tracking
• Create reports from Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Identify trends and insights to improve campaign results
• Suggest budget allocation based on performance

Coordination & Strategy

• Work closely with content, graphics, and website teams
• Suggest new strategies for lead generation & brand visibility
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking

Skills Required

• Strong command over Meta Ads Manager
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Understanding of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and funnel optimization
• Knowledge of tracking: UTMs, GA4, GTM
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets knowledge
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Marketing, IT, BBA, MBA)
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
• Experience in agency environment is a plus
