Aertrip is an innovative travel technology platform delivering seamless and modern travel solutions across global markets. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong experience in travel campaigns for the US, India, and MENA regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads.
  • Manage travel-specific campaigns such as Flights, Hotels, Holidays, and Visa services.
  • Run and scale campaigns across US, India & MENA markets with proven results.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other conversion-driven KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage remarketing, dynamic ads, and lookalike audiences for better conversions.
  • Work on meta-search advertising (Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.).
  • Utilize Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and attribution modeling for performance tracking.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor daily/weekly budgets and scale ad spend efficiently across markets.
  • Analyze travel trends, seasonality, and fares to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign alignment.

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads.
  • Expertise in travel marketing campaigns (Flights/Hotels/Holidays/Visa).
  • Proven success in US, India & MENA market campaigns.
  • Strong command over CPC, CPA, ROAS optimization & conversion metrics.
  • Skilled in remarketing, dynamic ads, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiar with meta-search advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills.
  • Understanding of travel industry seasonality & fare trends.
  • Experience with OTAs or travel-specific performance marketing is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in performance marketing within the travel domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
