Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Intern at Amber, you will play a crucial role in the growth team, contributing to our ambitious goal of achieving $1B in annual gross bookings value by 2024. Your primary focus will involve managing Google, Facebook, and Instagram channels for performance marketing, creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns tailored for new user acquisition and conversion, ensuring relevance to customer preferences. You will work closely with team leads to formulate and implement strategies that prioritize initiatives with the highest returns on performance marketing investments. An ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent digital marketing skills, think creatively, and demonstrate a high level of motivation to go the extra mile. You should have prior experience in running Google and Facebook ads extensively, along with a basic understanding of Performance Marketing. Additionally, familiarity with managing ads targeting lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences is essential. Key to success in this role are soft skills such as taking ownership of growth initiatives, the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic startup environment, and a keen eye for detail. You should be highly iterative, willing to experiment and learn from various marketing strategies, and possess strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
