About the Role


Performance Marketing Associate

We’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with numbers - clicks, conversions, CTRs, and cost per result. Someone who knows how to set up, track, and scale ads that actually perform.

Meta, Google, and YouTube


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and monitor

    paid ad campaigns

    across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, and ad creatives based on brand goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics daily - CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS - and optimize accordingly.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
  • Manage ad budgets and provide

    weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Track landing page performance, conversion funnels, and attribution results.

  • Identify scaling opportunities and prepare data-backed growth suggestions.

  • Stay updated with latest ad platform changes, trends, and best practices.


Skills Required


  • Strong knowledge of

    Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Google Ads

    (Search + Display + YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience in

    campaign setup, pixel tracking, and A/B testing.

  • Understanding of conversion metrics, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

  • Basic skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.

  • Data-driven mindset - able to translate numbers into clear actions.

  • Good communication and reporting habits.


Work Details


  • Type:

    Full-time
  • Salary:

    ₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
  • Work Days:

    6 days a week (5 days office + 1 day work from home)


Shift Options:

  • Shift A: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Shift B: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Location:

    Hyderabad (In-office)
