Job Description

About the Role:

As a Performance Marketer, you’ll take charge of building and optimizing digital campaigns that power our lead engine and fuel customer acquisition. You’ll work across channels, crunch performance data like a pro, and partner with creative and product teams to drive predictable, scalable growth.

You’ll plan, execute, and continuously refine campaigns while keeping your eyes locked on revenue and ROI. If “performance-first” is your vibe, this role’s your playground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, craft high-impact ad copies, and optimize bids for performance.
  • Build and execute lead-generation campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Create engaging ad creatives and apply targeting strategies to deliver high-quality leads.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Google Data Studio, etc.) to monitor metrics, track performance, and generate actionable reports.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns, improve funnel efficiency, and maximize ROI.
  • Work hands-on with marketing tech tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Communicate strategies, performance results, and insights clearly to stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of performance marketing experience, preferably within D2C brands.
  • Strong command of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue and improving ROI through digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of owned digital channels, including websites, email marketing, and mobile apps.
  • Experience running ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with CRO methods and A/B testing frameworks.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in performance marketing for education or upskilling brands.
  • Exposure to advanced attribution models, campaign automation, or marketing analytics tools.
