Performance Marketing Associate

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and implement on-page/off-page strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Monitor and analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Drive ROI-focused campaigns by tracking CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and make data-backed optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with content and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across website and app.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights for leadership.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in search marketing and analytics tools.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads, SEO, and web analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Interest in e-commerce and passion for building the future of digital-first fashion.
