As a 360° branding and digital agency, we’ve handled 60+ clients across real estate, education, F&B, and D2C segments. We’re now looking for a seasoned performance marketer to lead our paid media division, drive digital growth for our clients, and scale results with creativity + data.




Role Objective:


As a Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst, you will take charge of end-to-end paid marketing strategies. From media planning to execution, optimization to reporting, you’ll be the key driver of results for a diverse set of clients.




Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, launch, and manage high-budget performance campaigns across:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

• LinkedIn, Quora, Twitter (as per client needs)

• Build and manage full-funnel performance campaigns from brand awareness to conversion and retention

• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and customer journeys to boost conversions

• Analyze campaign performance and present weekly/monthly insights with data-backed recommendations

• Coordinate closely with creative, content, and web teams to align marketing outputs

• Stay up-to-date with platform changes, digital trends, and performance tools




Qualifications:

• 3–4years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency-side experience preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to manage ₹20L+ monthly media spends with high ROI

• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio

• Strong with numbers, strategy, and creative ad flows

• Ability to handle multiple clients, timelines, and performance goals

• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members




Bonus if you have:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital platforms

• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot) or automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly)

• eCommerce campaign experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
