We are currently looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in digital marketing, specifically focusing on performance marketing for Direct-to-Consumer businesses. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more. You will be expected to manage accounts on a daily basis, maintain a ROI-centric approach towards campaign performance, collaborate with senior marketing executives to identify opportunities for scaling ad spend and business growth, and track key marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Furthermore, you will be involved in conducting thorough keyword and website research, competitor analysis, ad grouping, and audience targeting. Effective client communication is also a crucial aspect of this role, requiring regular interaction with clients through calls and emails. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies is essential to provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
