Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Create and manage campaign budgets, targeting, ad creatives, and copy testing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
• Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) — post scheduling, content coordination, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad sets, and landing pages.
• Track daily and weekly KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align campaigns with real client demand and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
• Proven results managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search/Display ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Proficiency in campaign management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Experience with lead generation campaigns in B2B, financial services, or consulting industries preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
