About the Role

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to deliver
leads, sales, or franchise investor inquiries
.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and prepare weekly reports.
Write ad copies, select creatives, and coordinate with the design team to improve results.
A/B test campaigns to find the best-performing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing & performance ads trends
.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience in
running paid ads
(Meta/Google/LinkedIn).
Strong knowledge of
lead generation, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and funnel optimization
.
Ability to manage
monthly ad spends
effectively within targets.
Basic knowledge of tools like
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager
.
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
English/Hindi proficiency.

Good to Have

Experience in
franchise sales or e-commerce campaigns
.
Knowledge of
remarketing funnels
and
lookalike audiences
.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
