Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive , you will: Onboard brands looking to expand through franchising. Work with the internal team to make them franchise-ready . Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with businesses interested in franchising. Pitch TDC’s franchise growth services to entrepreneurs and brand owners. Assist in creating franchise models with internal support (ROI, documentation, etc.). Build a pipeline of investors and prospects for franchise sales. Conduct meetings, discovery calls, and presentations. Achieve monthly targets for brand onboarding and franchise closures. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development or franchise sales (freshers with exceptional skills can also apply). Strong communication & persuasion skills in English and Hindi (mandatory). Prior exposure to franchise sales / investor relations will be an advantage. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a client-facing role. Based in or willing to operate full-time from Delhi .
