Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per Month (Based on expertise)Experience: 4+ Years (Must have managed ₹50L+ Monthly Ad Spend)About the Role:We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead who doesn't just "run ads" but owns the P&L of digital growth. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-velocity campaigns with a combined monthly budget exceeding ₹59,00,000. If you have mastered the art of extracting high ROAS from Google, Meta, X, and LinkedIn at scale, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:High-Volume Budget Management: Plan and execute paid media strategies with a monthly spend of ₹50 Lakhs - ₹60 Lakhs across channels.Multi-Channel Execution:Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns focusing on high-intent conversions.Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Scaling creative-led campaigns for maximum acquisition.LinkedIn & X (Twitter): B2B targeting and high-value audience capture.Optimization & ROAS: Continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages to lower CAC and increase ROAS.Analytics: Deep-dive into GA4, attribution models, and pixel tracking to ensure every rupee is accounted for.Reporting: Present daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.Mandatory Requirements:Proven Experience: You must have hands-on experience managing a combined monthly ad budget of ₹50 Lakhs+. (Proof of campaign management may be requested).Platform Mastery: Expert-level command over Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads.Location: Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate immediately.
