Performance Marketer (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer who specializes in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive measurable growth for our brand. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing paid campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

2. Execute Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns.

3. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.

4. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

5. Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.

6. Manage and scale budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

7. Collaborate with designers to develop effective ad creatives (static, video, UGC).

8. Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and platform analytics tools.

9. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

10. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

3. Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution.

4. Ability to manage and optimize large budgets.

5. Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies.

6. Knowledge of retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience strategies.

7. Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

8. Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification(s).

9. Experience with landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Unbounce).

10. Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
