Job Title: E-commerce Performance Marketer


Location: [Jaipur, Rajasthan]

Experience: 3 – 6 years (E-commerce Focus)

Budget Management: ₹50 Lakhs+/month

Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Mandatory)


About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven E-commerce Performance Marketer with a proven track record of scaling D2C or e-commerce brands through strategic paid media execution. The ideal candidate should have managed monthly ad spends of ₹50 lakhs or more across Google and Meta platforms, with deep experience in analytics, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibili􀆟es

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals.
  • Manage large-scale monthly ad budgets efficiently while ensuring profitability and consistency.
  • Concurrently monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analy􀆟cs, Meta Ads Manager, and other analy􀆟cs tools.
  • Build and manage performance dashboards to track key metrics, including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the crea􀆟ve, tech, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform innovations to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media for D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven ability to handle ₹50 lakhs+ in monthly ad spend with measurable ROI.
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analy􀆟cs (GA4 preferred).
  • Deep understanding of attribution􀆟on models, performance metrics, and conversion tracking setups (Pixel, GTM, GA4).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, or Supermetrics.
  • Experience managing influencer or affiliate-driven performance campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and retention􀆟on funnels (email, WhatsApp, SMS) is a plus.
