We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Performance Marketer who lives and breathes paid media to join our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

·      Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to improve campaign performance.

·      Monitor KPIs, track conversions, and generate performance reports with actionable insights.

·      Manage advertising budgets and continuously identify opportunities for cost-effective scaling.

·      Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad assets align with campaign goals.

·      Stay up to date with the latest trends, ad platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

·      2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).

·      Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).

·      Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.

·      Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and time management skills.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
