Performance Marketer

What you'll do

• Plan, launch & scale 

  multi-channel SaaS growth campaigns

   (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic, Influencer).
• Drive 

  MQL → SQL pipeline

   with efficient CAC and RoAS.
• Build 

  account-based targeting

   and SaaS audience segmentation strategies.
• Translate campaign learnings into 

  product features

   for influencer-driven SaaS.
• Experiment with 

  programmatic media buys

   and influencer/creator automation.
• Own funnel optimization & SaaS KPIs (

  CAC, LTV, ARR contribution

  ).

What we're looking for

• 2–5 yrs experience

   in Performance Marketing for 

  SaaS / B2B tech

  .
• Strong with 

  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs

   (Meta/TikTok a plus).
• Proven track record in 

  pipeline growth, lead gen & SaaS funnel conversion

  .
• Understanding of 

  attribution, multi-touch funnels, B2B buying cycles

  .
• Curiosity for 

  programmatic strategy, automation, influencer SaaS models

  .
• Data-driven + entrepreneurial mindset, excited by 

  early-stage building

  .
