CareerBanao is hiring a skilled Performance Marketer to drive lead generation campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for our education services. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute paid campaigns for lead generation Optimize ads to reduce CPL and increase conversion rates Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance A/B testing creatives and landing pages Collaborate with design and content teams Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing Proven track record in lead generation campaigns Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, UTM tracking, and analytics tools Experience in the education sector (preferred)
