Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies aimed at driving measurable results across various digital marketing channels. Your main objective will be to optimize campaigns to meet specific performance metrics like conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing focusing on digital channels. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies, excellent communication skills for effective collaboration, detail-oriented with strong project management skills, a creative mindset with a passion for innovation, a results-driven mindset, and relevant certifications like Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are desirable.
