Job Description

Performance Manager

define frameworks, optimize systems, mentor teams, and deliver seamless user experiences across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead and mentor a team of performance engineers.
Define, implement, and monitor performance test strategies for
enterprise & customer-facing apps (SAP/ERP).
Collaborate with
business, IT, and QA stakeholders
on NFRs & SLAs.
Architect & execute performance test scenarios using
LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, Gatling.
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning across
application, middleware, DB, and infrastructure layers.
Work closely with
DevOps, Infra, and Development
teams for optimization.
Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior/global QA leaders.
Drive best practices, automation, and
continuous improvement
in performance engineering.
Support
capacity planning, scalability analysis, and cloud performance assurance.

Required Skills:-

10–14 years
in performance testing/engineering within large-scale enterprises.
Expertise in at least
two major performance tools
(LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, etc.).
Strong skills in
APM tools
(Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch).
SAP performance testing
experience is a strong plus.
Knowledge of
Chaos Engineering
preferred.
Solid understanding of
databases, web technologies, networking, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proven
leadership & stakeholder management
skills.

Preferred:-

ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Hands-on with
CI/CD pipelines & performance automation.
Exposure to
microservices, API performance & service virtualization.

Note: This role is strictly for candidates located in Mumbai/Chennai.
