We ll look to you utilise your specialist knowledge in Internal & External Service Management and provide insightful analysis and understand the impact to the business
Youll be providing analysis and recommendations for leadership teams, which will inform business decision-making and support our long term goals

What youll do

As a Performance & Business Management Analyst, ( Outsourcing - Internal Service Management / External Service Management ).

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging and influencing stakeholders to make sure that the best outcomes related to ISM /ESM are delivered for the business
Delivering recommendations and decisions required to improve business ISM & ESM performance
Reviewing relevant MI and providing ad-hoc analysis of data

The skills youll need

Were looking for someone with Internal & External Service Management experience of working in a support role. Youll need excellent knowledge of the customer business, key internal & external services and how it interacts with the rest of our business. Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management and Third Party Risk Management is highly desirable and will be considered a key differentiator for candidates applying to this role

Well also look to you to demonstrate:

A broad background of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels
Proven experience of Microsoft Office applications
Broad experience of executing and managing key methodologies, tools and frameworks
