Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and deliverables are achieved
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for service-related matters
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback
  • Anticipate and proactively address client expectations and ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery capabilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer support, and technical teams, to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and provide guidance to team members involved in service delivery
  • People management
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in service delivery
  • Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize service delivery processes
  • Lead and contribute to service improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare and present regular service delivery reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service agreements, client interactions, and service delivery processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service delivery management within master data management (customer/vendor/material/financial MDM) or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery processes, best practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High organization skills and time management
  • Good resource planning skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of MDM software (SAP, HICX, Radius) and transition experience as an asset
