• A strong technical expert in AI/ML who loves solving real-world problems using technology and data.
• Comfortable working across the stackfrom training and fine-tuning models to deploying them in production.
• Experienced with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, Tesseract, LayoutLM, Donut, PaddleOCR, OpenCV, and others in the AI and document processing space.
• Passionate about Generative AI, NLP, and document AI technologies, and well-versed with the latest research and applications.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and R&D teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Skilled in communicating technical concepts to peers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to initiatives end to end.

AI Vision And Roadmap

• Align with the AI vision, contributing to and executing the roadmap for AI projects across the company.
• You will play an integral role in setting strategic AI goals while acting as an IC driving Frameworks & Methodologies :
• Contribute to the development of best practices and frameworks for AI model development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Champion the use of advanced AI/ML tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, and Transformers for & Research :
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements, incorporating new technologies, including Generative AI and Document Processing tools like LayoutLM and Donut.
• Contribute innovative solutions to AI challenges and integrate new Governance & Ethics :
• Ensure ethical AI practices and help develop policies and procedures that govern the responsible application of AI.
• Focus on fairness, bias, privacy, and transparency while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational Development :
• While working as an IC, you will also take on a mentorship role, supporting junior AI team members, sharing your expertise, and fostering a collaborative culture of innovation and excellence.
• Guide your peers through complex technical Enablement :
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and business development teams to turn AI insights into actionable solutions, driving the development of AI-powered products and Communication :
• As a Manager, Data & AI, you will communicate AI strategies and developments to functional heads and executive leadership.
• You will help ensure alignment and understanding across all levels of the organization, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
