Peoplesoft HRMS Technical Consultant

As a Peoplesoft Technical Consultant/Technical Specialist/ Technical Lead in HRMS/HCM, you will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand requirements, design, develop, and implement PS HCM 9.1. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM - Proficiency in People Tools and App Engines - Ability to read SQR programs and identify issues - Delivering mission-critical projects to demanding customers - Interacting with customers to successfully deliver projects - Creating dynamic prompts in Peoplesoft - Understanding syntax, passing values, etc., in Application Engine - Working with Component Variable and Global variable - Knowledge in PS HCM HR experience, including table configuration Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 4 to 12 years of experience in Peoplesoft - Strong team building and people skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities - Proficient mentoring skills - Effective communication skills in written and spoken English If you are looking to join a company that values your expertise and offers challenging projects, please send your resume to ram.prabhakaran@valuewingcoe.com.
