Job Description

Mumbai location with hands on experience on custom module development that includes Page Design, PeopleCode, SQL, PS Query, BIP etc. This requires minimum experience of 7-8 years having good understanding of development in PeopleSoft. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement custom modules and enhancements within PeopleSoft HRMS. Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft pages, components, and fluid UI. Write, debug, and optimize PeopleCode to meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems. Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data manipulation and reporting. Create and modify PS Queries for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis. Design and develop reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP/BI Publisher). Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HRMS applications. Assist in PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes. Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and industry trends.
