Job Description

As a Peoplesoft Technical Consultant/Technical Specialist/Technical Lead specializing in HRMS/HCM, your role will involve interacting with clients to understand their requirements, as well as designing, developing, and implementing Peoplesoft HCM 9.1. You should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM and People Tools, including App Engines. Additionally, you must be proficient in reading SQR programs, identifying issues, and resolving them effectively. Your responsibilities will also include delivering mission-critical projects to demanding customers, requiring strong customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to understand their requirements and design solutions - Develop and implement Peoplesoft HCM 9.1 - Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM, People Tools, and App Engines - Read SQR programs, identify issues, and provide solutions - Deliver mission-critical projects to demanding customers - Create dynamic prompts in Peoplesoft - Proficient in syntax, passing values in Application Engine - Manage Component Variable and Global variable - Configure tables in PS HCM HR experience - Build and lead effective teams - Resolve conflicts and mentor team members - Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken Qualifications Required: - 4 to 12 years of experience in Peoplesoft Technical Consulting - Expertise in Peoplesoft HCM, People Tools, and App Engines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to resolve conflicts and mentor team members effectively Please note that this job opportunity is located in Chennai.
