Application Support Engineer

The L1 Application Support Engineer role requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in Chennai. As an L1 Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L1 application support and documenting tasks to be performed routinely. It is desirable to have knowledge in database or data migration/database transfer, as well as IT application support, excluding hardware/networking support. In this role, you should have expertise in troubleshooting web-based and Windows-based applications, as well as ERP, .Net, and JAVA based applications. Knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL is considered a plus. The position may require working on holidays with the option of compensatory offs, as well as being available for 24*7 support, including night shifts occasionally.
