PHP Lead

As a PHP Technical Lead/Team Lead with 5-8 years of experience, your role will involve hands-on experience in requirement analysis, design, and development using PHP on open platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience in PHP technologies such as Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Core PHP - Strong proficiency in Jquery, JavaScript, and JSON - Experience in REST Web services is desirable - Proficiency in MySQL, JS/CSS, and JQuery - Highly preferable experience in data modeling and solution designing - Delivering mission-critical projects to demanding customers - Interacting with US customers for project delivery - Willingness to learn multiple technologies, people management, and process management - Proficiency in team assessments, assembly, and management - Excellent team building, people, and mentoring skills - Good interpersonal skills for conflict resolution - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken If you have experience in the Telecom domain, it would be an added advantage.
